If you want to live in healthy life then you have to eat 5 meals per day. You should include protein , water, fruit, green vegetables, vitamin C as like lemon, orange. Lemon contains vitamin C. You need to eat yellow fruit as like mango, apple. It contains vitamin A. Banana contains iron. So you can eat daily such kind of healthy food. In this way you will get a healthy and happy life.
